Companies from the EU can order without the Belgian VAT of 21% on the whisky bottles. In order to do so, you should select Payment on invoice (factuur) and mention in the remarks that you have an official VAT number and you want to pay without the Belgian VAT. You have to send us once the official documents of the company and official address of the company, for the Netherlands e.g. (uittreksel uit de kamer van koophandel). We will check the documents sent and in case they are approved here, we will forward an invoice without VAT. We only send the bottles to the official address mentioned on the documents. We will use the official European database to check the validity of the information given. Customers from outside the EU can also place orders without 21% VAT.
